A little bit of information about our dancewear shop

We sell many different types of dance products, suitable for many types of dance, including - jazz, jive, ballroom, latin, line dance, country & western, and many others.

We are situated in Weymouth, Dorset but sell our dance products all over the UK - and occuasionally around the world!

The business is owned and is managed by Ruth Ferguson.

We have a very large range of dance shoes, clothing, jewelry and accessories so feel free to have a look - our products are suitable for all!

Southern Swing Dancewear, clothing and footwear, started about eleven years ago.

When I first attended line dancing classes, I used to wear country and western hats, boots, skirts and shirts. I noticed that dress had changed, when a young choreographer (whose name escapes me) started wearing black jeans, black t-shirt and diamanté belt. We now wear clothing from t-shirts to glitzy tops, glitter jeans, evening trousers, hair accessories and belts. On our feet, our dance shoes vary from practice shoes, dance trainers, glamorous, glitzy, elegant ballroom shoes.
